♦ UG/PG degree from any reputed university (Business studies, Communications, Marketing, Journalism and Media Studies is preferred)
♦ Should have prior experience in SPSS, R, AND SAS and other advanced analytics software packages
♦ Should have experience in web analytics tools like Atlas, Google Analytics, Omniture and Google DFA
♦ Should understand SQL and develop complex programs
♦ Should be familiar with publishing tools
♦ Should have proper exposure in database design
♦ Intermediate skills with PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
♦ Should be familiar with JavaScript and HTML
♦ Able to trouble shoot large database. Big data are added advantage
♦ Should show active participation in finding new alternatives for publishing and advertising
♦ Should maintain complete client activities and should develop the relationship with clients
♦ Should track competitor activity and should develop strategies to overcome them
♦ Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
♦ Should be responsible for planning, executing and implementing new ideas
♦ Should suggest creative ideas to media industries and find alternatives
♦ Should have outstanding communication skills and presentation skills
