Business Analysis Domain Spotlight: CRM

♦ Undergraduate degree in Information systems, Business Admin, Decision Sciences, BS in Business Or BA, Computer Science or related field
♦ Complete knowledge about implementation of SDLC (requirements, configuration, conversion) is required and should handle testing
♦ Should have complete knowledge about CRM process
♦ Ability to create custom fields, objects, reports, workflows, formulas and validation rules
♦ Should develop new methods for identifying data patterns
♦ Prior knowledge in vendor/software assessment using RFI/RFP process is essential
♦ Experience in developing CRM (sales force, Oracle and SAP)
♦ Full competency of Access or MS Excel and other SFDC ETL tools (Ring lead, Data loader)
♦ Prior knowledge of integration with CRM software and marketing and automation (Marketo)
♦ Maintaining overseas project plans
♦ Ability to create proposals for Business process
♦ Should maintain short term and long term product roadmap for CRM
♦ Intermediate experience in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
♦ Should learn quickly and work independently and as part of high performance team
♦ Prior experience in dynamic segmentation, campaign management, customer lifetime value, email marketing, Omni-channel CRM programs and loyalty management
♦ Should research projects and execute surveys for internal stakeholders
♦ Should have intermediate managing skills and should handle clients in professional manner
